On April 30, 2010, Chizhou City held a mobilization meeting for the May 1 Celebration and the “14th Five-Year Plan” Employee Labor and Skills Competition. Municipal Vice Mayor Sun Xinnian attended the meeting and delivered a speech. At the meeting, the leaders attending the meeting for the award-winning advanced collectives and advanced individual representatives awards, Anhui huge core semiconductor science and technology limited company encapsulation workshop won the “Chizhou workers vanguard” honorary title. “Worker Vanguard” is the All-China Federation of Trade Unions issued to “create first-class work, first-class service, first-class performance, first-class team” as the content of the activities of the honorary title.
