A: Yes. There are so many diode companies in China, but most of them can't make chips, however chips are the key materials of the diodes, we have our own plant to produce chips with advanced equipment and technologies, so we can make customized products according to customer's special requirement. We also welcome OEM orders.
Q5 How do you handle customer's claims?
A: We will reply within 24 hours after getting customer's claims. If products get defective, we will ask detail failure and application situation or request return of samples for analysis and provide 8D report in 7 days.
