Q1 May l take samples for evaluation?
A: Of course, we can provide a certain number of samples to test free of charge.
Q2 ls there any MOQ if we order to you?
A: In usual, your order quantity should meet our minimum packing quantity, but we can negotiate if you don't need so much.
Q3 How long is your delivery time?
A: For general diodes, we have kept stocks in our warehouse, and we can deliver them within 3 days, for others, it will take 15-20 days after getting your formal orders.
Q4 Can you make customized products or accept OEM orders?
A: Yes. There are so many diode companies in China, but most of them can't make chips, however chips are the key materials of the diode, we have our own plant to produce chips with advanced equipment and technologies, so we can make customized products according to customer's special requirement. We also welcome OEM orders.
Q5 How do you handle customer's claims?
A: We will reply within 24 hours after getting customer's claims. lf products get defective, we will ask detail failure and application situation or request return of samples for analysis and provide 8D report in 7 days.
Q6 Do your products comply with RoHs directive?
